A poster and postcard design created for the Senior Graphic Design Exhibition at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Based on Russian Constructivism, this poster features mechanical elements in which are hidden images of the nine students exhibiting their work in the show. A vibrant, youthful color scheme is used to contrast with the historical reference to design from the early 1900s. Synergy, the title of the exhibition, describes when separate parts work together to create something greater than they could alone; this is a reference to the students themselves and the importance of critique and creative community in creating their designs.
